B-1 has literally saved my sanity! From the moment I walk into the studio I feel relaxed, warm, and calm. There's a class for every need. It's a great place to workout, relax, and rejuvenate!!! ❤❤❤❤

The instructors are very friendly, kind, and do a great job instructing their classes. They care about your form and give modifications to the poses that you may need them on. B1 offers many class types- from meditative type classes to hot yoga classes, and have many throughout the day (one of the main reasons I went there to begin with). B1 is good for whatever benefits you are looking to get from yoga. Detox, meditation, flexibility, decrease anxiety and stress, as well as a great workout. I advise anyone to give B1 a try!
