Twisted Root Yoga Studio

Really an excellent studio. I appreciate that the teachers take time to warm up and cool down at the beginning/end of class and to set up each pose carefully. This is not a hurried cardio class; it's an intentional, purposeful practice that encourages you to know yourself and work within your strengths. Teachers are always willing to answer questions. Class sizes are small so no intimidation.
