Great service, not sure why people complain from this location. I went and security ask me what help you need she was very professional and went inside then the lady called me took 5 minutes with her then went to see another person it took all 30 minutes and they were all professionals.

They never answer the phone! They are ignorant and always speak with an attitude. Not professional at all.

The front desk has been the same for years and still have not been replaced. They are rude and when you ask questions, they do not want to answer. The front doesn't know what the back is saying. No organization or communication. The lady at the front desk told me to take a number. The lady in the back said we don't have numbers. The front desk people should be replaced. No wonder you have a line all the time. It's because the front desk has been the same and you have not acknowledged how ignorant they are. They don't want to work and they don't even dress presentable. The one looks like she just woke up from a hangover and rolled out of bed. Please help the community and put some positive people in this office. The world has enough ignorance.

This is the worst day public assistance facility in Baltimore county. It's bin this way for years . They should be Ashamed of themselves .!!!

They don't care about anyone and I even had to wait 3 hours to be told I had to wait another so THEY could eat.smh
