Wish I could give 0 stars. They treat you like trash if you're there to get help. My Case Manager acts like hes helping by constantly getting in my face. It's ridiculous. Completely unorganized,unprofessional. All you do all day if you're there for classes is sit at a computer&fill out job applications. And if you don't fill out enough by their standards you get put in the "Conference Room" with a bunch of case managers and get reamed. They treat you like children. EITHER THEY NEED NEW EMPLOYEES OR SENSITIVITY TRAINING.

Front desk/receiving could use a bit more clarity and direction, but everyone was super nice - if a bit understandably stressed. Best if you know exactly what programs you want to apply for coming in to help expedite the process, and don't hesitate to ask for help from the workers!

The ladies at the first desk are super nice and helpful. Never had a problem getting any information i need to do the paperwork. For dealing with all the kinds of ignorant people that they do they stay cheerful.

terrible service is consistent here.. rude employees atleast the ones they make you see... no one can relay messages here either so save your receipts or/ and paperwork
