Baltimore County Department of Social Services

I had to use this place, I absolutely hated the experience! Retired and waiting for my pension, I had to use it! For the first time in my life! It was a zoo, parking was absolutely non-existent! Then you sit there all day, just to be turned down! I guess illlegal aliens get more help than the citizens of the USA! I have put money in to this kind of help, and can't get any help!!!! Social services, with and exception of some parts are absolutely a joke for USA citizens!!! Thank God I am able to still work!!

If you want to deal with People who don't care what happens to you this is the spot! Social services and child preservations has done nothing to help stabilize my family. All they do is traumatize children because they believe they know what's best.

I had my share of Social Services down the years but this one is about the best one that I've been to it's fast it's in order, clean and they have all the Departments that you need right inside the same building love it

I called them with a question about medical assistance. After 10 minutes on hold, I spoke to someone who did n't understand my question. I was then transferred to someone else, and the phone simply rang off the hook!

They get you in and out at this location vs the inner city location. They are also very resourceful!!
