Opened my account in 1997 at this branch...returned to colorado from an extended vacation in the western US last year and enjoyed exceptional customer service at their local branches. Laura and her staff in Wheat Ridge have provided me with the same quality banking experience.
STAY FAR AWAY! Rude tellers, and mangers with no solutions to fraudulent activity on my account. Seriously. Can't access anything, can't close the account. I just want to get as far away from this company as possible!!!
Nice people, but the company itself is trash. You're better off with literally any other bank. If there were 0 stars, that would be my recommendation.
Usually slower than most branches. Had to explain what I needed to do then also had to ask for specific change because the drive thru teller didn't ask. Customer service here isn't near what the other locations offer.
Not sure what's with all the bad reviews here. Never had a problem with this bank. All the people I've been in contact with are nice people.
