Worst branch ever. Customer Service is absolutely terrible. They closed all the other branches near my home so I keep going and am consistently disappointed. Not ever going here again though. Worth a longer drive for bankers that actually want to help you. Learn from my mistakes and go elsewhere.
Agree with the closed lobby complaints. What's the difference of going into 7-11 or Molly's or Home Depot or Safeway or Starbucks or Walmart or King Soopers? The location on Broadway and I25 is completely closed as well. I'm going to take my money to a bank that actually opens its lobbies. 1st Bank, Chase, Vectra.
Customer service is horrible. Especially the male employees! Super rude and unprofessional. Always rude to Spanish speaking customers. Will be moving banks due to this.
Drive thru is never open when it is there is sn hour wait so frustrating when bsnk lobby is closed
Bank hours say they’re open until 5pm on Friday. This is not correct. Not sure if it has to do with Covid, but for crying out loud, update your hours on Google AND on the US Bank website.
Tried shorting me $800 on a $3000 withdrawal. Unbelievable. Had to wait for him to count his drawer. His reply was he had $800 in his hand. Not understanding why hid didn't put it with rest of my money in the canister and send it to me in drive thru. Sound suspicious.
