Jeanette was amazing!!! I have worked with BCS in the past for another car loan and they were were great then too. She was always able to answer my calls and help when things got confusing. I highly recommend this credit union they are friendly and knowledgable.
We had a great experience with Jeanette! She explained things well and guided us through our car loan experience with ease-plus a much better rate than what our daughter had before. Even with Covid 19 restrictions, the process was easy...thanks!

Very rude. Just unpleasant for a drive thru. She pointed at the call button and told me she can't do anything unless I use the call button. How about you start with saying Hello? I just don't get how any buisness can be rude through these times. Just moved to this area and was going to get an auto loan here. Not anymore

Just wanted to say that the employees of B.C.S. are awesome with special mention of Jeanette . she has been so helpful with helping me get threw some hardships that covid hit me with. I dont think any other bank would do what bcs does!
