I live right next to this chase and I drive 2 miles away to another because this branch is good for absolutely nothing. It’s a 50/50 shot you’ll even be able to withdraw money here. Do better or preferably - close this location
The ATM’s don’t work 90% of the time. There are no signs or communication posted that the ATM is having any issues and yet 3 times this month I’ve tried to go and use it and it’s not working. This is a prime location and an extremely high traffic area and they should absolutely have working services so people aren’t wasting their time waiting in line for 30 minutes for nothing. This branch is walking distance from my house yet I always have to drive across town to use a different branch. Please fix this issue.
Went in to this branch to deposit money, the ATM appeared to be up and running it did not say that it was not accepting cash for deposits i put my card and cash in, then it tells me its not accepting cash. I called the number on the paper it printed out, does not show a transaction on the history. I looked at the screen again and it still did not show that it was not accepting cash. I went inside to talk to a teller and they didnt have an answer as to when i will see my money all i was told is "they're usually pretty good at doing it the same day"
I am incredibly pleased with the exceptional service I received from Chase Bank. From the moment I walked into the branch, I was greeted warmly by the staff who were attentive and knowledgeable. They patiently answered all my questions and helped me open a new savings account seamlessly.What impressed me the most was their dedication to ensuring I understood all the features of my account and the various other things .All and all, this Chase Bank has exceeded my expectations with their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a bank that truly cares about its customers!!!!
Drive up ATM was "not available for dispensing cash" or any of the other functions it is intended for. The lobby ATM, as others have mentioned, is inaccessible. So without a functioning Drive through ATM this bank is unable to complete any required business during any times the bank itself is not open e.g. when normal people are not at work themselves
I’ve lived next to this chase for three months and have never once seen their only atm outside working. I’ve had chase for 15+ years and this is the worst location I’ve ever dealt with
Brian Maestas was perfect. I came for a Business account, he set me up with Checking, savings, debit and credit cards. Had everything I needed for banking so now I can start producing. Brian Maestas is the reason to bank at a branch, especially this one.
Both ATMs are down. I’m not sorry, but focus on people inside before outside. I waited so long I found out the outside ATM is down, and the inside ATM doesn’t accept physical money. Horrible bank. Had to wait in a line, no sorry - nothing. Horrible customer service.
I've visited several locations, but this one stands out as the best in terms of customer experience. The staff here is exceptional they know me by name, and their professionalism and friendliness are remarkable. I highly recommend this location. Despite living in Boulder, I make the journey here because I love the vibrant energy this place offers.
