Every Wells Fargo ever: 1. Only open when everyone who needs to bank has to work, always closed when work is over. 2. Tons of employees, usually 1-2 people greet you at the door, but only one is actually a working teller. Line for teller usually takes 20-30 minutes on a good day, longer on a bad day.
If I could mark a 0 star on every Wells Fargo location I would. I’ve had my debit card account for YEARS. This morning my debit card declined, after logging into my app the account was gone. Disappeared. I called a rep who told me it had been closed, when I NEVER did that. I was sent to the fraud team and was informed 1 they could not see any history of that account existing and 2 come to find, out my name had been removed leaving only my mother who still has joint access on the account. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY NOT OKAY FOR ANY BANK. If this was human error, that person/s should be fired immediately. If it was technical error, well Wells Fargo just shows how technologically slow and small-brained they really are. As a bank, security should be your number one priority. Wells fargo continuously shows that they do not care about your security. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM EVER IN A MILLION YEARS.
Wells Fargo is the worse bank ever. They won’t change bills over 20 dollars or sell you a roll of quarters unless you’re a member of their cult. Absolute terrible!
I found out today that Wells Fargo no longer accepts loose change in change jars. To me, that is a fundamental component of basic banking services that should be offered to customers, of which I have been one since 2008. I don't know what kind of 'banking' is done at Wells Fargo, but this was the catalyst for me to switch to a bank that offers basic banking services and doesn't have a history of fraud. There was a long line, so I'm glad I didn't have to wait. The sir that greeted me promptly informed me that, as of 2 years ago, all Wells Fargo branches have removed their change machines. His offered solution was to roll the coins myself. My solution: I will bank elsewhere. Edit 4 years later: Sadly I still bank with WF although most of my funds have been transferred out as of last week. Just wanted to add that this ATM is routinely out of cash. Over a dozen times experienced since I walk the dog in the neighborhood.
Got treated , not so well , I guess it’s up to the banker / clerk ,to charge each Wells Fargo check you take in, “Alfredo is the teller that attended me with a slick attitude!asked how I wanted my change I said half 20$half hundreds ,as I’m walking out the bank I realize he gave me hundreds,so I return for my 20$ I’m not being rude either jst speaking low but my mind! Good luck going if you look anything like me ! THANKS WELLS FARGO THATS ANOTHER REASON I DNT BANK WITH YOUS! BRANCH # 0060632
4-5 month ago,i went to deposit some cash and check from mine this location. Staff could not good at this branch under manager who is well dressed , fake smile and acting knows banking institution without customer services such as knowledgeable how assistance their customers needs. Manager is acting knows everything and over power me and refused my deposit .i did not know she was manager since window clerk asked assistant and my second visit to see manager about bad experience that I had before. I was upset when she was refused my deposit.i went to other branch and deposit without any problems. She could be easily find out thru customer services that I do not have any illegal activities with my company just like other branch office told me everything he need in systems or in data. She did not know one more finger tip will find it that I have corporation name and trade name. Manager need more training her self , Of course, There are many branches around,... And District manager need update what is going on and responding to get better quality services . Have a nice day!
I've only needed teller services here so far. Everyone has had a smile and answered all my questions. Freddy was well dressed and professional. Not sure what all the negativity is all about in these reviews. Had a great experience and will come back as needed.
I have had nothing but great experiences with Wells Fargo at 44th and Harlan. Everyone that works at Wells Fargo and has worked with me, as a customer/client, on various transactions have been friendly and professional. All personal bankers to tellers. In a year 2020 that has been challenging professionally & personally, I appreciate the kindness they share and keeping their own spirits up. Keep up the great job
been a customer since 2004 , my home branch is the Wells Fargo on 104th & tower in reunion. I came to this location to break change and right off the bat nobody was there to welcome me in. which is a standard for wells Fargo that I've grown accustom to after that first red flag, I got inline to be helped. after 25 minutes It was finally my turn. the lady at the front said "what do you need? " . this caught me off guard, I expect way more from Wells Fargo. I asked for change, under the impression she was just having a bad day I asked her how her day was. her response was " give me a second". I've been to well over 50 branches across the US and nobody has ever treated me so poorly. when you work at a bank you have to keep personal issues aside and give consistent customer service. If I wanted bad customer service id be with Chase. I highly recommend staying away from this location till they figure out how to treat customers. this branch is the worst branch I've visited across the states.
Seeing this branch close gives me a bit of hope for the future. Time to drive the rest of Wells Fargo Banks out of Colorado for good! The people of Colorado should demand more from our banking institutions - that includes demanding more from those who choose to work at such a horrible institution. If you still work at Wells Fargo - you need to quit. It is the only honorable thing to do. Wells Fargo doesn't respect you any more than they respect their clients. No one knows this better than the individuals I've communicated with in the Wells Fargo HL Social department.
