What an amazing experience today, the patio is a perfect setting for lunch and a IPA. The was on it, filled my water 3 times without even asking and the Reuben Sandwich is the best I have had in Boise. Keep up the good work and thank you for being a local group. Cheers!

Friday night visit at 9pm. Food was amazing, desserts we're amazing. Girlfriend loved all the different beers. I loved the food. Had the stuffed shrimp, raspberry salmon, Buffalo sandwich at our table and it was all good.

Great service, we were greeted, seated and had a cold beer sample plate and a cocktail within less than 5 minutes. Then Connor took our order and we were served our dinner less than 15 minutes later. Multiple employees asked if we had everything we needed and the food was good. We will go back for sure!!!

First and last time here. To say this was the worst dining experience I've had would be an understatement. There are no words for how awful it was. The food was not good. The kitchen has no idea how to cook a medium rare burger. Ask for medium rare, they send out well done. In sure that's how they cook all their burgers and just pray the customer won't send it back. I imagine that most customers don't return the food when there are problems because it takes ages to come out despite the restaurant being nearly empty. It took us 40 min to just get basic burgers. We had somewhere to be so there was no way in hell I was sending the poorly cooked food back. We got one alcoholic drink from the bar and were never asked if we wanted any more. Two members in our four person party had water and soda and we had to flag down our waiter just to get refills on those. He never asked how our food was, I don't even think he cared. Or he knew it was not like we ordered and wanted to avoid dealing with it. We asked for the checks and made it clear that we had an event to get to (a paint night held in the restaurant's back room, but still an event we had to be on time for) and 15 min later, after we actually got up and walked into the back room, we flagged him down and got our checks back to sign for. I can't even begin to express how unacceptable it is to take people's cards and then, instead of going to run them and bring them back, he proceeded to go take other orders and fill those orders!!! Cash your customers out and let them get on with their day. Don't hold them hostage!! For the record, there were about 6 tables of people eating while we were there. They had at least 3 wait staff working on the floor and yet they were incapable of efficiently managing those tables. Maybe the problem is that they need better waitstaff, better cooks, or maybe better management (maybe all of them). Then during our paint event, two of the wait staff were taking drink orders. I asked for a whiskey sour with apple whiskey (yes, if the waitress of reading this, she clearly knows who I am now. But she should have figured out how disgusted I was anyhow when we left). The waitress brought me a shot of apple whiskey. No, that's not what I ordered. I made her correct it but it took a ridiculously long time. First, it took forever for her to bring me the incorrectly placed shot, and twice as long for her to bring back the actual drink I ordered. Never saw her again the rest of the night to order another. After the event, I had to basically pounce on her to get the dang bill. She walked away from me several times even though I was facing her trying to get her attention. Finally I cornered her and told her I needed to leave. She showed me a bill that said it was $7. I gave her a $10 and she assumed she got to keep it for terrible service. I informed her that I needed change. When she came back she handed me a dollar bill and some loose changed. I asked to see the check again and all of the sudden the new bill showed $8 and change. I was so pissed off I threw the change from the $10 in their tip bucket and left. She's either shady or incompetent as hell. I have never left a restaurant so pissed off as I have this one. I have very long patience for a lot of things and I live in a much bigger city where waits can get terribly long and waitstaff can make multiple mistakes. The difference is in how they handle it and let their customers know they haven't forgotten them or that they're working to correct the issue. At this place, the staff just don't care. They don't care about anything. Or, again, they're just completely incompetent. I absolutely will not EVER patronize this place again and I would gladly go out of my way to keep others from going there too in hopes of sparing them the awful experience.

Our server (Nick) extended more customer service in the first 5 min we were there than most restaurants do in an entire meal. It's nice to know that customer service is not dead and we greatly appreciated it. Even with a large party our meals were served very timely and were quite delicious. Definitely going back.
