Baymont by Wyndham Green Bay

We had ants on the night stand next to the bed. No matter how many we squashed there were still more. The bathroom also had plenty of Aunts. When we told the front desk about it and it look like housekeeping was right there it didn't seem like they cared at all. So I don't believe I will ever be staying there again due to their lack of concern.

Staff was awesome helpful , room was perfect as well. Would recommend. Would stay again.

I stayed for one night on January 5, 2018. The outside temp was 0, with the windchill of -20. I get to my room and the heat is not on. No joke, you could see our breath in the room. We stayed in all of our clothes, our ankle-length down winter jackets, hoods pulled up over our heads, mittens on for 3.5 hours while we waited for the tiny heater to warm the room. This is so incredibly unsafe not just for guests, but also for the welfare of the building, running the risk of pipes bursting, etc. I also had called the day before to make sure that my dog could stay. When I checked in I was informed that there were no more dog-friendly rooms. The front desk clerk informed me that it was my fault as I must have called the 800 Baymont number rather than the local 920 Baymont number. As a customer, how would I know the difference? Certainly will not be back.

Stayed 2 nights, right off of WI Hwy 41. Located about 5 minutes down the street from Lambeau Field, the hotel was nicer than anticipated for what we paid. Rooms are clean, desk workers helpful. During my stay, an error was made in assigning another guest with a dog to the second floor, and the guest decided to step out for several hours. Naturally, the dog got somewhat anxious, and started barking. The desk worker on duty at the time dealt with the calls from surrounding rooms with grace, and sorted the issue in good time. Good location and service, fair value for price. Would definitely stay here for a Packer game.
