Super 8 by Wyndham Oshkosh Airport

Didn't get what I paid for - TV broken, after a wait at the desk, it was "fixed" by giving us 2 remotes, one to turn on and one to change the channels. Light with no switch - had to screw in the lightbulb. Had to use towel to unscrew and turn it off. Heat didn't work. No knob on the bathtub - had to pull it out with difficulty. Sheets did not smell clean. No one at the desk the 3 times I went there. In the morning I was going to tell them all the things that were wrong but no one there - left the key because we had to leave. Paid 85.90 and had a terrible experience.

Convenient location to the airport, outlets, downtown Oshkosh. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly. Only slight knocks on lack of easily accessible electric outlets and the wimpiness of the knives at breakfast. Continental breakfast included a juice (apple or OJ based on the day), cereal, coffee and tea, toast, yogurt, thin cinnamon buns, and toaster waffles. Didn't have a chance to use the fitness center, but it had a treadmill, elliptical, and an exercise bike -there was also a sauna, but it looked like it was locked. The decor is homey and the lobby has an appropriate aviation theme - my toddler enjoyed looking up at the ceiling and seeing it painted like a bright blue sky with clouds, and there was a large scale model plane hanging there as well.

After checking in I found I wasn't able to use deadbolt inside room, only had latch there. Couldn't get TV to work and there was a hole in the wall where the door stop was pushed in to drywall. Asked to switch rooms. There was a microwave and mini fridge in first room but not the second. Then the shower curtain and bathroom door had mold on them in new room. Wasn't able to settle in till very late in the morning. Location is great but place not as good as it used to be. Should have asked for a discount but didn't :-(

Stayed in Aviator suite. Great room, king bed was super comfortable.
