Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Green Bay

Had the king suite. It was quite dirty as I think they are under staffed. There was food left in the refrigerator and hair in the whirlpool. Didn't use it due to that fact. The pool room was nice and the staff was friendly. The pool had some basketball hoops inside of it and isn't in the shape of a regular pool. The hot tub was also nice and they hair sun bathing chairs near the pool as they have a good amount of sunlight come in the pool room. The breakfast was also pretty good. The location in close to the highway 41. I could see cars driving from my window, but yet the rooms were pretty quiet and I couldn't hear the traffic at all. This was a much better option then going to most the other hotels in the area. I think that we just got a room that wasn't cleaned all the way. The sheets and bed set were all clean and everything else was neat. The man at the front desk was very helpful in correcting the issue so overall I am happy with my stay.

BEWARE!!!! You could end up on the street without your stuff. If I could leave less than 1 Star, I absolutely would. Their rooms are freezing and it seems the keep the heat off in the empty rooms. There was a snow storm here overnight and we had to be somewhere by 8a. We came out to find they had plowed ALL of the cars in their driveway in. They had a plow truck make one swipe through the lot and piled the snow up 2-3 ft behind all of the cars. Obviously frustrated, I asked to know when they would be resolving the issue and have someone out there to finish plowing. He said they were done but he would call them. He didn’t seem to be able to get a hold of anyone (if he even called) and proceeded to say it wasn’t his problem while saying they had no shovel. Okay, fine... now I’m upset, speaking firmly, not yelling. This is a little ridiculous, this is Green Bay... it snows, sometimes a lot. I decided to find a different solution, so I went to start digging our car out. Came back 45 mins later after no success due to lack of shovel and calmly asked if he had spoken to plows, he has not. He then tells me to calm down again and to stop yelling ( I was not, confirmed by everyone in the lobby that couldn’t hear me). My response was to explain I was not yelling, but I could if he liked. (Best response? No, but I’m beyond frustrated now) I asked for a manager/owner. He said he was in charge, so I told him I had a complaint about the customer service and how they handle their customers. As a result, He kicked me out and would not allow me to get my stuff. Now I am standing inside of a gas station with none of my bags or belongings and no car and no where to go and there is a blizzard. 10:00a: He still hasn’t gotten a hold of the plows. I still don’t have my things (thousands of dollars worth of things and equipment) and I have no way to get my stuff and I still have to pay for the room.

Helpful front desk, nice pool and hot tub, great breakfast. Plus a great rate four the value. Great for family same price as a movie with 4 people but get pool and night away.

Nice, clean and quiet. Breakfast tasted a bit bland. Nice workers.

Nothing fancy but you're not paying for fancy. Pool and hot tub were nice. Standard hotel type breakfast included. Worth the money.
