Baymont by Wyndham Washington Court House

This place looked amazing online but not in person. However if that was all we would have done fine. But we had 2” long black hairs (at least 40) all over the bed clothes. I called the front desk no more than 10 minutes after checking in to see if we could move rooms. They offered to down size my room. I mentioned maybe someone could remake the bed with clean clothes. The lady at the desk started getting rude and said I don’t have anyone I will see. Luckily twenty minutes later someone knocked with a set of sheets so I could remake my own bed after traveling and working all day. Nobody from the hotel offered a discount or even an apology!

Started with no elevator to upper floors. Lugged heavy suitcases up! Room had not been cleaned very well, as we found beer caps on the floor. Maintenance of room is basic at best. Now for the icing on the cake.....crawled into bed to find dirty sheets crammed under the bedspread!! Housekeeping apparently did not feel up to changing the bedding!!! Never again Baymont!!! Extra....owner offered us clean sheets to make bed ourselves, or.....a whole $20 off of another room!!! We had a jacuzzi suite!!! We left!!!

Nice quiet hotel, with reasonable price. Room was excellent and the staff very helpful.

Submitted multiple photos of the issues here. None of the exterior doors, which have card readers for entry, actually close all the way, so you can pull from the outside at 2am and get into the hotel without a key. There were stains on the couch, the leather chair was worn to the unsanitary inner threads, the room door and bathroom door do not close properly, so you have to lift the doors and support the full weight of the door in order to allign it to close it. There are old children's stickers on the furniture no one bothered to remove, gum stuck under the desk (which was also falling apart and barely held together), gum smashed into multpiles spots on the carpet, even the TV remote was greasy and gross. We stuck it in the ice machine bucket before we would use it. Overall poor quality accomadations, and I would never stay at a Baymont again if this is their standard of quality.

Felt unsafe. Generally outdated and dirty carpet, furniture, etc. and a stain on bedding. The key card door on the outside of the building was entirely unlocked during the day (no key necessary to get in). The hallway on the non-smoking floor still smelled like smoke.
