Motel 6 Columbus - Worthington

I was very nervous about staying in a motel, especially before an important event. I read the reviews and I guess sometimes when it comes down to it, money talks. We went with motel 6 because it wasn’t expensive, we only needed it for one night. When we arrived we were greeted by a very nice young man. Then went to our room. It smelled clean, looked clean and no roaches or bed bugs! I am so glad we went here! I will stay there again! Thank you Motel 6 for making my stay nice! Good job!

Nice bed, could have had few more pillows on the bed cause ours were flat. Only one set of towels for 2 people all weekend. And we had to park up front since someone took the spot or our room. It was quiet with no loud neighbors

It wasn't a bad place. Freezer needed defrosting not so clean. You got two little bars of soap. No shampoo no anything else. And the sink ran until water became hot. Could not move it to hot or cold. I found a phone up above the tv area I couldn't reach that the camera seemed to be pointing down. At least looked like a phone. Kinda creepy. The vending machine in main building would of been nice but no diet soda so it cost me 10.00 to get something to drink through grubhub. Said they don't stock. It's franchise owned. And you can tell.

Girl at the front desk was nice and helpful. Room was very nice. Nicer than I thought. It was everything I needed for the weekend. The styling in the room was really cool

Wifi is NOT free!!! Bathrooms were disgusting there was mold growing around the edges and there was hair in the tub!!! The only reason why we stayed here is because we have a dog... we could get a better hotel for the same price! The floors were disgusting! I had to go to the bathroom at night and couldn’t find my flip flops. My feet turned black on the bottom going from the bed to the bathroom! It’s like nobody cleaned those floors for days! In the entire room there was only 2 plus including one in the bathroom! And this was a renovated room! Front desk clerk was not friendly upon check in. The guy was a jerk. This was our first time staying at a motel 6 with our dog and we aren’t going to ever again! Terrible experience!!! The only reason I have it 2 stars is bc the mattresses seem brand new although they were so loud and uncomfortable. That’s to expect at a motel 6!
