Knights Inn Hilliard/Columbus

Friendly staff, clean room, sheets and towels. Awesome price. It's very convenient to park directly in front of the room door. Would stay again. I only gave 4 stars because it's not a luxury hotel. But it's 5 stars of you compare bang for buck.

I give this hotel 4 Stars...Not because it's a 4 Star hotel (it's not even close to being one). It is however, a clean, quiet place to endure while in transit. The staff is friendly and accommodating. But understand their resources are limited. No coffee in the rooms but there are restaurants in the area. In short, bring your own comforts. This is bare bones. Enjoy.

This Knights Inn is consistently clean and well maintained. It has definitely seen better days, and some of the rooms are showing their age more than others, but this is a very decent place to stay if you're traveling on a tight budget. It is easily accessible to I-270, the outerbelt that surrounds Columbus. There a several places to eat nearby. Although it has a small swimming pool, it never opened at all last summer, and I'm not optimistic about it opening this year. All of the rooms have microwaves and mini refrigerators, and pets are also allowed. The staff at the front desk are helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this motel if you're looking for a clean, safe, affordable place to spend the night while visiting or passing through Cental Ohio.

Giving 4 stars based on the overall experience. I consider myself a very careful reviewer as I look at the big picture; rather than rate this place a 1 star because of something silly. The overall stay, considering the establishment is a 2-star motel, you can't expect great amenities and top notch service. They had all the basics you needed, and the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. The rooms could use a deeper cleaning since I noticed small stains here and there that could easily be cleaned, and replacing their curtains and sheets/blankets with newer ones considering their were cigarette burns, but it's something the establishment can't necessarily help. Although it would make more sense to charge patrons for any damage to help mitigate. The only reason I couldn't give this place 5-stars is because of the cigarette smell. I woke up and my throat was hurting a bit from practically smelling the cigarette smoke but turning air conditioning helped to drown it out. Other than that, the staff person I checked in with, as well as the one I checked out with were very friendly. Considering it's a 2-star motel, I'm actually pretty happy with the experience besides the exception of the aforementioned. They also give discounts to AARP, military, etc... which is pretty awesome as well.

Best rooms I've ever seen in a Knights Inn. NO BEDBUGS! Rooms are very clean and the staff is super nice.
