Recently stay at this motel bad experience. Calls are forwarded to a 3 party reservation company, costs you at least 48.00 more. They will not tell you the best price available, just theirs. Hotel clerk says she cannot give you a receipt at check out. Comments on the third party booking were met with you should call the hotel direct. Hard to do when calls re routed. Check room before checking in if you want a non smoking room. Room had been smoked in and attempts had been made to cover up the odor, just made it worse. If full you go else where or learn to love the odor. Phone in the room didn't work had to call front desk on cell phone. The experience at this hotel was not good would not stay there again. Not a good value for your money.

We had perfect service. The breakfast is cereal, fruit, yogurt, unlimited coffee and juice FYI. The pool and hot-tub were fantastic. This hotel is also surrounded by a great small town feel with local shops, restaurants, putt-putt, and ice cream within walking distance. I will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you for your outstanding service!

For 110$ I have had better. The front desk seemed to have an uninviting attitude when we checked in. The rooms were clean. Breakfast was cereal and bagels. All in all I wouldn't return unless the quality was improved or the price was lowered into the 70$ range.

My husband and I planned on staying here and came in with our ESA. We were told we couldn't stay after waiting for two attendants to finish checking in one couple ahead of us. Google stated the hotel was pet-friendly. I informed the front desk of this and he had to spout back "no, it's not" as we walked out. Which of course made my husband upset and blah blah blah. I later confirmed that "pet friendly" in fact was a listed amenity. The situation could have been handled better than it was by the front desk. I would be embarrassed to have that team work for me. I train guest experience for a living all over the country: maybe you should invest in training for your team. Rethink your policy as you are mocking people who battle with mental illness everyday. The whole situation should have never happened with a training on how to minimize negativity. Shame.

The 70’s called - they want their decor back ! Rooms were very small for $217/night (w all taxes included) but they were clean !
