Baymont by Wyndham Waukesha

Could be better! Rooms are ok, shower was very good.TV cable box hangs down from behind the wall mounted TV. Just an overall cheap atmosphere here. Maids just walked in my room at 9am. No knocks, just in she came. Breakfast items(eggs, sausage gravy and waffle batter) were gone at 9:10 and attendant stated breakfast was almost over so there would be no more food for today, leaving several people to make other arrangements. I have news for you, you are in the hospitality business, be HOSPITABLE, and make more food. I I travel for a living, staying at all types of properties. this Baymont in Waukesha WI will NOT be a place I stay again!

My wife's family stayed here for a few days, and everything went perfectly. The suite was a nice size, and very clean! Staff were excellent as well. Highly recommend!

Was ok. After we got settled in the room our door was opened from the outside. Thank goodness I had latched the door! Husband checked and went to call the front desk and realized there was no phone in the room. They said we should have one and there was no one staying close to us so nobody should have even tried to get in. Idk what was going on but it made for an uneasy night.

Beds are small for double occupancy rooms. The room was dirty. Tub was not clean. They did let us check in super late. But, there are better hotels.

While my stay here I found someones property in the bed which was most likely from the previous persons stay. The person who claimed to be the manager only offered us new linen which I then had to change myself and call back a second time because he didn't give us pillow cases or a blanket. Then he refused to give me his name and the contact info for his higher up he did offer us a new room after I wanted the contact info which I refuesd since I would have wanted to change the linen in that room too since housekeeping dosent seem to change the sheets. The breakfast wasnt bad tho.
