Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Janesville

This motel is located right off Hwy 14 and Milton, the main street of Janesville. Very close to I-90. Although it only has queen beds, it is very clean, quiet, and staff is so friendly. Breakfast is cereals, waffles, yogurt, bananas.... the usual. But the place is so convenient. We visit at least twice a year.

Clean, comfortable, and quiet. My son forgot his Nintendo Switch and we didn't notice for a couple days. My husband called the general manager and they found it and are shipping it back to us. We thought for sure we wouldn't get it back. I am so thankful for this hotels amazing customer service and honesty.

Small place, nice rooms with mini fridge, bright indoor lights, heater worked great, nice staff, breakfast was awesome. They offered blueberry and original pancake batter, orange juice, apple juice, fruit like bananas, apples and oranges, yogurt, muffins, coffee. We had a handicap room with a huge sit down shower. Cool little quaint place!

The room was well kept & up to date. The toliet was a bit low on pressure; I thought it wouldn't flush at first. The hall carpet is outdated, but is clean. Breakfast was ok. Not many filling options (cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, muffins, hard boiled eggs, and waffles). Not a bad place for the money.

My wife and I were driving through Janesville and decided to find a hotel. We stopped at the Microtel because we checked out the other hotels close by and thought it looked nice and clean. The man at the front desk was very, very nice. He gave us a great price on a room. We've never stayed at a Microtel before and were surprised at how small the room was (thus the name Micro), but we were very impressed. It had everything we needed and was clean. We didn't have any problems with outside noise and the room was nice and dark. I'm glad we stopped and will definitely stay at other Microtels in the future.
