Motel 6 Madison North

I was quoted king size bed i got a one double bed the bed condition look old and ransid with odor in the spread. Poor house keeping.the front desk clerk never given me what i was promised. She never told that phone lines was down and I never received my wake up call. But special thanks to the night auditor and the sheriff on duty helpful and kind and very attentive to my needs .without there help I would of still been in the hospital. Because of there sense of urgency and supported team work I was able to get the care I needed to continue my destination....

The people were phenomenal. The room needs some repairs. The air conditioner/heater was falling off the wall and one of the multiple electrical sockets was as well. Also,the light on the wall coming into the room did not work. No maid service because employees didn't show up. I liked that there was a security guy,though. The manager lady and Eriq were wonderful. Jess is a real asset to you. She really saved you. What a great person. She deserves a raise. We are coming back next yr.to the same room. I hope all is fixed and that the same wonderful folks are still there.

I got to my motel room at 3 o’clock, and the room was not ready. They said it would be another hour. By the time I got to check in to the room it was 6 PM. My plans with my kids were to check in go to the pool and then continue on to the concert that we were going to. We did not get to go to the pool there was five of us in two rooms. Three hours times five people is 15 hours so I am saying that is a whole day of room that we did not to get. No place for us to wait while our room was being prepped. Rooms had an odd odor. Had no room keys. Staff had to let us in every time. Brought us to a room who already had another guest in it, so gave us another one. The staff was friendly but that was the only good thing about this stay. I will never stay again and I really hope you can get it together so more people don’t have an unpleasant time in another state and still get charged!!!!

Where to start? We got there and the room key system didn't work so we had to have the front desk staff unlock the door for us every time we wanted back in. The room was not clean,dirty floors,dirty toilet,dirty bathroom counter,thankfully we had brought our own cleaning wipes for a quick cleaning. If there would have been a chance that another hotel was available in the surrounding area we would have left instead of staying. The only bright spot was the front desk staff and manager were friendly. We will not be staying at another Motel 6.

Very bare bones motel. No free wifi. No carpet on floor in room. No shampoo. Bed was clean and comfy. Not enough pillows. Heat worked well. Employees at check in and checkout were courteous. Three stars because you get what you pay for, but no free wifi, really??
