Motel 6 Madison East WI

An older hotel that is pet friendly (a BIG plus in my book!) I found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful. Rooms are dated and in need of an update but for the price, it will do. Management keeps a very good control on this property which is nice. They do a very, very good job! My compliments

I've stayed at this location often. The rooms are always clean. I wouldn't be giving five stars if it wasn't for the staff in particular. They are all very professional and hard working. Big thanks to Kay up at the front desk and the ever hard working security staff Greg and Douglas! Thanks again! Oh yes one last thing, there are some very pretty ladies that works behind the front desk here as well. Always nice to wake up and see a pretty lady.

Staying at this hotel is great but what makes it even greater is the staffs. And honestly Cassandra is the best staff I have seen so far. She’s very polite and helpful, you don’t ever have to worry about anything if Cassandra is helping you in the front office. If I had my own job I will hire her. Best customer service

Cassandra at the front desk was amazing. Got stranded in Madison and she helped us out by sharing her food with us and buying us a soda. She also let me use her phone charger to charge my phone because we had nothing but money for the room. Thank you Motel 6 and especially Cassandra. She was outstanding!

I stayed here a few times. The best part each time was Cassandra... she is so helpful - answering many questions, sweet, and very humorous! Love her, will definitely be back. The rooms are basic but clean for an awesome price!
