Room was clean. They left us a note telling us to enjoy our stay. We were concerned with some people that were sitting outside of the hotel in the parking lot but they didn't end up bother us. The jacuzzi tub was delightful but the toilet didn't flush well.

It's not glamorous, but it's nice. Clean. Quiet. (I was there Monday - Friday, so no sports tournament kids.) Pool is inside in an attached but separate building.
I would stay there again.

Good price. Nothing extravagant, just what we needed. Guy with Australian accent at desk was awesome

I would give this place negative stars if I could. Do not I repeat do not waste your time or your money coming to this hotel. We decided to take a night away with our kids, let them swim and have a relaxing night. The first thing we noticed walking into the hotel was that it smelled like an ash tray. We checked into our room despite the fact and decided to give it a chance. As soon as we got to our room we noticed the musty smell... hairs all over the place, disgusting looking stains On the beds, and none of our outlets worked. We decided to go demand a refund and take our money elsewhere. So we went to the front desk, spoke with the two workers that were there. Both Jordan and Payton were so unprofessional and rude.. Just stared blankly at us and then finally asked... what do you want me to do? I responded with the fact that we want a refund. I ordered our room online so had to call the third party website to request the refund, spent 45 minutes on the phone still not getting through to anyone. While we were waiting in front of the desk, another customer came down to inform Jordan that she had cut her leg on a piece of metal sticking out and she needed stitches. Once again his reply was "what would you like me to do" her response was "well I'm going to the hospital to get stitches. Shouldn't you make a report or something?" He responded with "yeah I guess I can fill out an incident report" and the poor lady limped to the front door waitinf for her husband to pull the car up. The lack of customer service alone is enough to make people not come to your hotel. Never again will we be visiting Baymont.

The staff were very friendly and helpful however the pet friendly suite I was in had broken furniture and stains on the couch, there was no Kleenex in the dispenser. The TV did not have at least one movie channel. Since my room was $140 a night I would have expected a much better experience.
