Baymont by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells

Checked in took a little while as the person checking me in got confused and wasn't quite sure what he was doing. Another gentleman was able to get me all checked in after they had to switch. Staff were all friendly and they all had a good sense of humor about them The rooms are nothing to rave about. The bathrooms are really small and there is no where really to put your tooth brush and paste let alone anything else you brought with you. The room was clean, but the beds were never made by the cleaning staff. They have a pretty large sized TV in the room which is nice, but there is also no desk for computers or anything either which I would have really liked. The breakfast was really small and people had a hard time getting around each other in order to get the stuff they wanted. The main item on the menu was waffles and that was about it. They did have some fresh fruit, small things of cereal and hard boiled eggs, but that was pretty much it. If you're looking for just a place to lay your head for cheap this is the place, but if you're looking for more I'd suggest looking to other places.

I would highly recommend staying here. Josh at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. The room is in excellent condition very clean. And I just checked out the pool which is a very large pool for an indoor so no problems so far everything's great!

It was a good place to sleep, luckily we got a discount offline instead of paying the full amount. Breakfast is complimentary... if they actually set it up before you have to leave. It may just be that Wisconsin hospitality..but the front desk gal was not very friendly. I'll stay somewhere else next time.

So we stayed here on Memorial weekend!!! ( 2018) Please never stay here the place is very very dirty the pool they don’t change the water it was so dirty that we were disgusted !!!!!! The worst part was that other family members also stayed here we wanted to have a great weekend with kids.... so we got our room the air conditioner was (((Not working)) we called front desk they came to check and he said it would take a coulple of hours to get cool we asked to get another room they were sold out!!! We left because the room was so hot we called at 11 pm again they couldnt do anything .. Manager Josh was not available!! We checked in at 4 pm!!!!! It was Ridiculous my little boys were crying it was so hot we ended up Going to my cousins room and sleeping on the floor!!!!!!!!! When we payed for a room that’s unacceptable .. next morning we went upstairs to our room it was cooler ! We spoke to the manager Josh and said he couldn’t do anything !!! So please don’t even bother staying here!

Not a bad place. The rooms were ok. Needed to be updated. They were clean for the most part. We found q-tips in the peephole.
