Inn of the Pines

Prime rib was great and I add shrimp. Very good prices too

I had hoped that the Inn would be the place I choose to go every weekend, so as to find some solitude, however I think I'm going to keep looking. I can over look the hallway smelling like wet dog. I can over look repeated visits to the front desk upon arrival, to get the WiFi up and running. I can even over look the fire alarm going off because someone burnt their toast in the breakfast room. And, perhaps, I should have left a message that house cleaning not disturb me during my visit. However, I certainly did not enjoy the phone call from management, accusing me of smoking in their room and then threatening to fine me $200. Edit After a bit of reflection I realized I should add some positive notes. Once the Wi-Fi was up and running, it worked fabulous; high speed. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was pretty good. The room was decent. It was clean. Nice hot shower.

First time I’ve been here in years. Was pleasantly surprised. Parmesan crusted fish was delicious.

We were greeted by a very nice gal, food was pretty good, service was very slow. My guess they got bombarded and staffers did not show up. We will certainly give it another try just not during busy times.
