Customer Service was efficient with the scheduling. Movers were on time, careful & competent. The guys also had great customer service skills. I would not hesitate to use them again

Coming from the military, my family and I have moved quite a bit. Using Bekins this time around was a lot less stressful. Ken Wendland was great to work with. He met me late in the evening because I had to work late, he took my calls after hours when i had concerns and questions. Ken even brought us boxes on a Saturday when I asked when we could get some used boxes! Hector was in charge of the moving team and they were awesome with our belongings and very thorough with the explaining the process and paperwork. He was great to work with and a complete professional. If you dont want to worry about moving seriously consider Bekins. They will take care of you.

We used Bekinns for our local moving. Right from the estimate everything was perfect. Price was very reasonable among all competitors. Estimate was very quick and thorough. Moving day went smoothly without any chaos. Guys were professional and friendly; they were on time and moved our goods with utmost care. They took extra care of our floors and doors to avoid any dents or scratches. They delivered all our boxes to designated rooms. We are completely satisfied by the service provided by Bekins. This is our 2nd time using Bekins. We will always use Bekins and highly recommend Bekins to anyone looking for moving services. Overall Bekins gets an A+ both for moving experience and service.

Bekins personnel are professional, helpful, attentive to detail. From the office staff to the movers all was seamless and smooth. I will use Bekins again.

Very pleasant staff! They would appreciate any flat screen tv boxes you can’t use.
