Stopped in to get propane. Took forever to get someone to come out. And the front desk lady came out and yelled at me when I hit the bell a second time. There are at least 5 employees here but all are ignoring the customers in the lobby except for 1. The people in the front are renting a truck and a storage unit, which understandably takes a while to get through but no one else would help the customers in line. The lady in front of me waited 20 minutes only to be told she had to go back outside and wait for the lot attendant to help her. No one is courteous. The customer service isn't below par, it's non existent. I do not recommend and will not go back.

Truck was in good working order and clean. The line for pickup was long and they had a tough time coordinating our request to remove the dolly from our order which we didn't need. Had to work with a manager.

The absolute worst customer service! Rude employees, long line and charged for add-ons that I declined. Moving truck itself performed as needed...maybe just choose a better location to save time and money.
