The quality of some of the things I have purchased are questionable. I have addressed the issue and encouraged them to speak to their vendors, but fast forward 3 years and nothing has changed. (Economy Bubble Roll - 24" x 250', 1/2", Perforated)

They charge you 25 or 30 bucks to pick up items. Most times I just cost them money and let them ship it. Do business elsewhere.

We've ordered supplies from this respected company for upwards of ten years. They've given us five star service Everytime.  

To person who complained about uline not serving micro businesses : they do serve everyone, but they won't deliver $6 of cardboard to you for free across  state lines. That you don't understand this necessity probably explains why you have a micro business.
