U-Haul Moving & Storage of South Auburn

Initial blonde was nice, but when we went to return the lady with colored hair was plain rude. The needle was basically where it started because it was driven 10 miles. She said it needed to be filled up and if it didn't start full we had to have told them (which we did) and she said it wasn't in the system (not our fault again). So she made us fill up the tank. Then when I said we told them. she said excuse me if you would let me finish talking ( which she wasn't talking ). Everything else went fine she was just rude and I don't like the disrespect for no reason.

I will not go to this place, anymore. By being that old and known I thought they were going to be more trustful and organized. Here is my story: I showed up on Sunday at 9:00am (I previously called to make this appointment), i got helped at 9:20am which i understand since there was people in front of me EVEN IF I HAD AN APPOINTMENT. At 9:50 i went to talk to them and one of the guy said "honestly, I think it's gonna take us up to 3 PM to get it done", they told me over the phone that it will take a maximum of two hours and that I would be out by 11 AM so i thought "if I can be out of there by noon, i will be fine". What's the point of making an appointment, give you references numbers and all that BS if once you get there you going to be in line like the rest of them?, they were giving priority to the people renting the trucks instead of me even if I called them a week before. The guy told me that he would install the hitch once the other two guys could handle the business by themselves, but there was only one customer. Where they in training?... I don't think so, they were helping customers that's normal when I got there... Anyway, I don't think I'm gonna go back to this place because I needed something to be done and I did what I had to do by making my appointment and showing up on time and they did not meet my expectations.

I recently rented a truck from this particular location and returned it before it was due back and they had the audacity to call me early the next morning and say I didn’t bring it back in time. Obviously, the employees are incompetent and they lack a structured system for their rentals.

My husband and I went there to rent a U-Haul today at 9:30am. The lady that assisted us was not friendly and sounded not happy of what she's doing. We immediately cancelled our reservation and we went to U-Haul Neighborhood Dealer instead. The person who assisted my husband was much nicer, more friendly, and knows how to offer quality customer service. Just hope, your representatives should have good manners and right conduct when it comes to treating customers.

Gets the job done if you are in need of storage. Much cheaper options in & around the area. Wouldn't of chosen this unit but, got a free month for renting a truck.
