Box Brothers - Kent, Washington

The company's employees customer skills are very poor almost rude and insulting. The company also pretends to offer insurance just as a gimmick to get more of your hard earned dollars, my expensive electronics worth $3000 wholesale worth about $9800 retail were delivered without a signature request by UPS on my porch and where there for 6 hours in which anybody could have walked off with them, which means no insurance was purchased from UPS and Box Brothers pocketed my funds. My electronics were invoiced as almost junk which would have reduced their liability if my stuff was lost or damaged....this company does not perform at your best interest at heart...everything about them is window dressing so they can take your money..please consider another business first!!

Sorry I chose these guys. A week late and overall an agonizing and impersonal experience. At the pickup their guy admitted to me that they make their money by repacking people's possessions to their ridiculous specifications. And was a dick. I ended up being charged $500 more than my estimate because they never asked for a list and didn't know how much stuff to expect. Stuff arrived A WEEK LATE which sucked because I had nothing with me at my new place whatsoever. Stuff arrived chipped a bit, not terribly, but I couldn't file a claim because the guy who packed my stuff HAD LIED about the original condition, when I checked the original receipt. The only plus was the cool guy who delivered to the new house - but wait, he was with a different company... yeah that's all I got.
