U-Haul Trailer Hitch Super Center of Spanaway

We were directed to drop off our truck at this location. The last step is to lock the truck and put key in drop box. There is no drop box and no clear location to drop the key. No contact number for assistance.

I would recommend this place to anyone! I wish I would have remembered the gentleman's name but I can't say enough nice things about him. I believe his tag said he was owner and manager. They had everything set up so you are in and out in no time. I'm 65 years old so I was having trouble with my phone. He took the time to come out with me to the truck and go over everything. I appreciate the time he took to make me comfortable with the experience of renting this truck. When I brought it back all I had to do is hand him the keys and I was on my way. I had my receipt before I made it home which is only 1 mile away. Things couldn't have gone any smoother. He was so helpful and friendly. God bless this man.

Needed a trailer they were very helpful. If you need a trailer or truck or somewhere to store something this is the place to go.

DO NOT take your car here!!!! Had a hitch installed at this place 4 years ago and just found out what a shabby job they did. Wires were spliced in and had a random wire running down the length of the car, resting on top of the exhaust and rear axel. To top it off, the parking lights on the right side aren’t working and keeps blowing a fuse. What a joke!!

Horrible trailer. Back latch was so rusty it fell off. Had to tie door with a small rope and hope no one stole all our property. The u-haul said it came from NEWFOUNDLAND. CANADA. NO wonder it fell right off the trailer

I'm leary to go to Uhaul after so many negative experiences with Uhaul. However, everywhere else was closed when we needed propane. They were open. The price was about $0.60 higher though. The gentleman who assisted is was professional and helpful.

Great U-haul location close to JBLM with great employees which include Brittani and Dale who both provide excellent customer service. My family and I appreciate U-haul. Thank you!

I will say this the gentleman that helped me was very awesome and I appreciate him so much the reason I am only giving two stars is the sign out front for propane said $1.89 but I was charged $2.09 that is false advertisement

Not thats its their fault but with no night drop off its very inconvenient.
