The office can use some work on customer service. It would take several tries to call and to get a hold of someone. It would also take awhile to hear back from the office. The moving it self was great. They loaded up the stuff on time and did a good job with the delivery. The driver was very nice.

Was totally happy with the service I received. Not only office staff but most especially the guys who did all the packing, loading and unloading went above and beyond to help me out. Other than Bekins I had no other help and a fractured foot at the time too - they basically rescued me. They were all friendly and good humored all the time with me, I really appreciated that as I was panicking and they were all helping to assure me they would take care of anything I hadn't done myself. I would recommend these guys any day of the week. Kudo's.
