Belk

A female employee asked me if I wanted a belk card. I told her no I didn't want a belk card.she kept asking me and I told her that I tried before but because of my credit it wouldn't allow me to.I told her I didn't need a discount. I guess she decided she was going to do it anyway once I left. Now that just worsened my credit. Why would someone do that. I got a letter in the mail today from them.Another thing that was very annoying was I was asked multiple times if I needed help by the same person after I told them I didnt.

Thank you Darlene for assisting us today. She was sweet and complimented my daughter on a dress that I absolutely loved on her when she came out of the dressing room. She was also our cashier with great customer service!

I always purchase Lancôme foundation - cost about $50/$60. The Lancôme guy with the ponytail who used to be at Macy’s applied the base primer before applying the foundation to check the shade, but when I requested for a sample of the base with my foundation purchase, he lied and said they didn’t have any. A female Lancôme associate said they have some and gave me a small packet of the sample. I don’t see why he had to lie and he’s done this to my friend when he was at Macy’s. When I can get deluxe size samples with my online order, why should I waste my time shopping at the store, where I can’t get a small sachet of sample. Not returning to this Lancôme location again. Might even switch to Bobbi brown or Chanel.

Do not try to pay your invoice online. The website is set up to steal your identify. I guess they don't need my payment, otherwise they would stop acting like a confounded Orwellian. Lynchburg SUCKS! The people are so anal, smelly, stinky and just downright difficult. It's enough to make one want to become a hermit. Bunch of dumb hicks.
