Dillard's

On a busy see Mother's Day Afternoon, we were created by friendly staff in every department we visited, but were especially impressed with the young woman at the Estee Lauder counter that day. There was a gift with purchase my mother really wanted, and the beauty advisor took great care to explain and demonstrate different textures and colors of the items she was looking at to get exactly what she wanted in the right price range. We never felt rushed, or abandoned even as she had to divide her time between us and other customers that were waiting. It was a GREAT experience.

Very unhelpful customer service associate in the dress department. She was passive agressive, disproportionately rude, and sarcastic. I’ve worked retail so I understand people have bad days, but this attitude was so uncalled for and directed only at myself and fiancé. I leff without making a purchase to avoid further interaction with her and her dyed red head rudeness

AGAIN, I've come here looking for something and there's a poor selection. It just seems I can't find anything I need here. Take my advice and go to the other Dillard's in Short Pump. That's where I ALWAYS find what I'm looking for.

I love this store but I’m rating one star because I had a very bad experience with the junior lady who happened to be the manager of that department. While trying to return my dresses, knowing the return policy very well, not only was the lady not helpful but she approached Unfriendly. She went on telling me that she had to return my dresses (after 34 days of purchasing them, not worn, tags still attached)at the marked down price . I have the receipt that shows I purchased them for more than what she was going to give me for them.. Not only that, following me around telling other cashiers not to do it, until I had to go upstairs and do it by a lovely lady who approached with a smile and was very helpful unlike the rude lady downstairs! I’m so disappointed!
