Dillard's

This Dillard's is an anchor store located in the Short Pump Shopping Center. It is clean and well organized. Staff is friendly and attentive although at certain times of the day in some departments you may have to look around for an associate. Dillard's features good quality clothes for all ages and sizes and housewares. Clothes are modern and stylish but conservative for all occasions.

Slightly pricey, but if you look sale prices,and,mark,downs,are not bad. Shoe section never seems to be on sale,but good selection. Mens,selection is better than Macy's or,other,dept stores in the region. A classy place. Clothes are slightly more high end than Macy's.

I've been to this location several times to buy things from suits to shoes to regular clothes. The employees are always very helpful and knowlegable in their areas. Customer service is a lost art in retail for the most part. Dillard's has been the exception.

Went to return item I decided too expensive. Saw it was $20 less due to sale. Store policy I could not return it and re buy at lower price. So I returned it. Went to Macys, found the article of clothing, same fabric but different color and style at 75% less than what I would have spent if Dillards had allowed me to repurchase at sale price. Thank you Dillards, that was "nothing but the Lord " .

Best shopping on the 1st of the year; Big and Tall, bought four long sleeve shirts and two pull over sweaters for $139.63. They all were 50% off and ample stock was available. The ladies that run that department are awesome, been there several times before and they are Always very helpful and kind. The store that never disappoints Big and Tall Dudes!!!!
