Macy's

Not one of my typical shopping haunts since it seems like so much of the retail floor is taken over by makeup and perfume. My recent visit was to pick up an item that I had ordered online. The sales associate was very friendly and helpful. While I was there, I did a little purse shopping but was underwhelmed by the selection. New to me was the Last Act section. Wish I had more time to browse it but was in a bit of a hurry. The only purse that I found that I liked was in this section.

One of my favorite stores, sad part is their is only a few items you can use your coupons on. Not much help on saving.

Pretty awful Macy's. It's really unorganized and the staff was very unhelpful (at least in the women's professional attire section). I recommend avoiding this store, it's really unpleasant and you most likely won't find what you're looking for.

I love the product I bought, but when I had to return 2 items out of my big purchase, the cashier was huffy. With receipt in hand & 3 tags not sure which one went with the top I was returning. I had taken off the tag before noticesing that I had taken the large top home instead of the medium. I was hoping the cashier could have confirmed witch tag went with the top. Instead she said "I am just going to say it is the cheapest one." Flabbergasted when she followed that by saying it will be back on your card & that was that. I wasn't in a situation to wait any longer to have a manager pulled out of their lunch break & go & deal with the craziness. I can't believe how lazy & morally wrong the cashier responded/handled her job. Before you assume age, race & everything else like people do. It was a older white lady. Laziness & poor morals/ work ethic isn't a race, gender or ageproblem, it is a human problem. P.S. Macys will not be my new go to as I planned, I will be taking my servers else where.

Fairly friendly staff, but have a lot of secret shoppers that will follow you around if you shop too long.
