Nordstrom Rack Potomac Mills

Love all racks! Very helpful staff here and nice clean orderly store. Highly recommended!

The Nordy Rack in Potomac Mills is way better. Better selection and more helpful staff. The shoe section here is sad.

Very disappointed with how I was viewed and treated today. I'm a loyal customer who visits this location multiple times a month as well as other locations. I'm an honest, hard working person who has never taken anything from a store or person, however, today I was being followed and profiled by staff. I did not get the staff members name to add to this review but I will update this review when I get her name. I could see her watching and talking about me on her headset when I got in line w my purchases. They even pulled another lady up to the register when I checked out today too. I usually do not write reviews but was very disappointed with how I was viewed and treated. I will additonally be writing to the company. Please keep in mind when you visit this location if you have on sweats and a baseball cap you will be followed and watched especially if you are brown.

From a man's perspective this store is pretty great. I get most of my work clothes here and they almost always have the shirts I want in my size. They don't have very many "dress" coats though. They also have a good selection of men's dress shoes (not so much atheltic shoes though). I HATE the men's pants they sell, I squat twice a week and my legs are pretty big, but all they have is "slim fit" dress pants that make my legs looked like stuffed sausages. If I go up a size then the waist doesn't fit, VERY frustrating!

I am currently in the Nordstrom Rack at Potomac Shores and felt compelled to write this review. I was looking at a chair for sale that I was interested in. I sat down in the chair to check it out and an employee asked me not to sit in the chair LOL. I thought she was kidding. "Not sit in the chair" I replied. No, if you want to sit down please go over by the registers to those chairs. I was puzzled and replied "I am interested in this chair and might purchase it, I just wanted to try it out. "You cannot sit in the chairs here" Okey dokey. Do yourself a favor and read the other reviews with similar experiences. Leave this one off your shopping list, plenty of other great stores at Potomac Mills.
