JCPenney

I enjoy shopping at JCPenney. It's easy to get in and out of the parking lot, the store is not usually crowed, and the employees are very helpful. I like the bedding section, their bedding is actually very nice. The handbag section is a little skimpy though. I also think some of the clothing is too tightly packed together. I like the clothes they sell, if you shop the clearance racks, you can get some really good deals. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed bought a watch aprox 3 years ago in harrisonburg va jc penny's store went aprox year and half ago very nice lady was there she changed my battery no problem today two tried change and couldn't figure it out said they could send it off it would cost $13 plus battery cost and several weeks to get it back or take it to regular battery store or jewlery store at time purchased a necklace and ring they put lifetime warranty on them and I've had to send both back several times to fix chain on necklace and have them recoated if id take them back everytime they needed coating the repair shop would have them more then I would so im pretty disappointed i think they should refund money on necklace and ring and fix my watch battery for free
