Belk

Terrible! We waited in line at an empty store for over 15min!!! The associate was too busy chatting with a customer to pay any attention to the growing line! I have never been so disappointed with a Belks!!

I went into Belk on 6/6 with my mother that ordered me earrings a necklace and a bracelet for 29.29, fashion jewelry. As of today 6/23 I am being called by Lisa a Mgr there and basically accused of lying as they sent the necklace and bracelet to the WRONG address. A great Assoc. Ray has been extremely helpful but as soon as he hangs up with me Lisa T. calls back telling me to check the apartment offices and what not. I'm at work!!!! I do not have hours a day to discuss this issue. I just want the merchandise I ordered!

Well I don't shop at the store much, because I'm usually and online shoppers. But I had to return a bra that I had ordered online. So I assume that any register could handle this transaction. But no, unfortunately not. I was sent to another department. And of course because the tags weren't on the merchandise,(even though I had a receipt), it took the poor lady a good 20 minutes to figure out what to do. Even though she had a senior associate tell her 3 x "It's right there!". Ugh! Anyway, I was in the market for a new pants suit. And after an hour of wandering aimlessly, and being pointed in the wron g direction, An associate named Robin saved the day. This was at Tanglewood mall in Roanoke, Va btw. Thanks Robin, she searched out the merch I needed, and stayed in ear shot till I finished trying it on. She deserves a raise people!! Besides Pat in lingerie, they seem to be helpful and offer great customer service! Thanks ladies G.DeJesus
