Never can get a hold of them unless they're trying to bill me. Update: I've been off oxygen for about 2 years, and they're still billing me for services that I'm obviously not recieving. It's taking forever to sort out. They've claimed it was resolved 3 times, but nothing's changed, and I got sent to collections.

This place is by far the worst medical supply company I’ve ever had to use! The employees are heartless and cold, nobody knows anything and it takes them weeks to return my calls. I’m currently still waiting on C-PAP supplies that I’ve been trying to order for months now! I am in the process of reporting them and their poor practices to the state of Nevada for investigation. I will be taking my business elsewhere ASAP.

My wife was trying to get a tens unit from them, and a month later still unable to get it. Went to another place on Rock blvd and had the unit the next day!! This place is horrible stay away!!!!!

I’d put ZERO stars if I could. This place has the worst employees who do not care about helping people. They never answer their phones when you call. One could die waiting for oxygen refills. HIPPA violations for sure, zero patient privacy.

Horrible company! It takes them so long to send authorization to my insurance after receiving prescription from my doctor. Not having a machine can kill someone! I'm glad my insurance let me go with someone else (Preferred Homecare). Please look around before selecting this as your provider.
