Incredible service. They went the extra mile to get a part covered under warranty instead of charging me $90. Don't bother going anywhere else. These guys are the best.

They are nice personable people and they don't pressure you. High quality bedside manner is what you get here. They are the political used term "small business" - if you need something they don't have they'll get it for you. They are right off of I80 in a convenient location. Give them a try. Oh and their prices are more than likely the lowest you'll find in Reno!

These people have the best customer service I have ever had, you can feel that they are not faking a smile these are genuine kind hearted folks, I would and will recommend this business to anyone and everyone in need of a c pap and a smile.

Great local store that allows you to see and discuss the products in person, huge inventory with all the latest CPAP technology, competitive prices, and a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Perhaps best of all, you can avoid the local medical supply business with its one star reviews, incompetence, and rudeness.
