Lincare

My husband has been waiting 5 MONTHS for his c-pap machine. It was approved, then they made him go do tests he didn't need, then tried to rerun the machine through insurance again which then got denied. 5 MONTHS! The lady can't seem to do her job and send in all the paperwork needed at one time. Lied to us when she said she sent everything in last week. Called the insurance this morning and their still missing paperwork. Very frustrating.

MY HUSBAND WAS IN THE HOSPITAL OVER 3 MONTHS. THE SOCIAL WORKER SET UP A 4-WHEEL WALKER FOR HIM TO BE DELIVERED WHEN HE CAME HOME. THIS WAS 5 WEEKS AGO. I HAD TO CALL LINCARE 3 TIMES BEFORE ANYONE WOULD HELP ME. THE FIRST 2 CALLS THE REP SAID THEY WOULD CHECK INTO IT AND CALL ME BACK. NO RETURN CALL FROM EITHER ONE. THE 3RD REP SET UP DELIVERY FOR TODAY, 8/31 BETWEEN 10 AM AND 4 P,M. IT IS NOW 6 PM AND NO ONE HAS SHOWN UP. THEY ALSO DIDN'T CALL TO SAY THEY WOULDN'T BE HERE TODAY. THIS HAS CAUSED AN INCONVENIENCE FOR US. IT WAS HARD JUGGLING MULTIPLE DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS SO WE COULD BE HERE TODAY FOR THIS DELIVERY. AND THEY DID SAY WE HAD TO BE HOME! WELL, WE WERE HERE ALL DAY -- FOR NOTHING. NOW I HAVE TO TRY TO PICK UP THE WALKER -- I WON'T DEPEND ON THEM TO DELIVER AGAIN. PLUS IT WILL BE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS BEFORE WE HAVE A FREE DAY WITH NO DOCTOR APPOINTMENTS TO BE HOME ALL DAY AGAIN. HE NEEDS THIS WALKER!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY ARE INCONSIDERATE AND TOTALLY UNDEPENDABLE.

They were a referral to have a test done. The place took me a minute to locate but they were ready for me. They seem very busy.
