Worst customer service ever. Service has declined exponentially of late. *Furious! Given the wrong parts to my Cpap and lied to by multiple staff members. ...Why Key????

Key Medical Supply installed a very stable handrail for my father to go down the back steps. It is very sturdy and we'll designed. I'm very happy with the work.

The "Manager" Heather was incredibly disrespectful, poorly informed, and unprofessional. She provided some wrong information, I stated she was wrong and showed her right on the manufacturer's website where it states the correct info, and her response was to say "Wow, you people" and then just walk away. That wasn't the only issue, but suffice to say that dealing with Key Medical was the worst experience I've had anywhere in any sort of customer service setting. Abominable. They're even worse than Bennett Medical.

I've been a patient/customer for almost two years and have had good service and help from Key Medical. When I had and insurance problem with billing Heather patiently worked out the solution. Based on my experience I would recommend their services.

The staff is rude to there clients. They tell you one thing on the phone and when you get to there office they tell you something else. Plus they lie to your doctor to cover there ass.plus the staff isn't knowledge able on any any type of insurance. Plus when you call keys they done return phone calls. I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone.
