We go here every year for our annual fishing trip. Clean cabins, good fish, and nice staff! What is nice about the park store is that there are soft serve ice cream machines. Fishing tags are valid for a week, or so I am told. They cost about 5 bucks each.
*EDIT* Last Year, my cousin Jack and my dad went to the Whistle Bridge, and it started to rain heavily. In 10 minutes, they caught 9 fish. That's the place to go when it rains! All the trout come to the top to see the rain.

Its beautiful here. There's a pond where you can fish, 6:30 a.m to 8:15 p.m. There's no pool. BUT there is a river you can swim in. It's a nice place to go with your family. There's a resturaunt in the park. It had nice food, good service and more. And there's a souvenir shop too. They have fish items, pet toys, souvenirs(of course),ice cream. And more. I think I'll come here next year.

We're staying in the sleeper motel rooms. Basic room, nothing special but it's very clean. Biggest complaint? The staff is horrible at giving directions. Took us forever to find our room. Also, in the park store, no one seems to know where they should be working. Not very organized. But it's still a great place to visit and stay, especially if you like fishing.

Great place for trout fishing and camping. Take the kids almost every year and they have a blast. You can also feed the fish at the hatchery which the kids also enjoy to do.

This is another beautiful Missouri State Park! We stayed at one of the apartments in the park, and it was very comfortable. Two queen beds a nice bathroom, and a small dorm fridge. The staff at the store and the restaurant were very friendly! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars was it was very crowded, and some of the people were very rude.
