The park is pretty awesome. Very well engineered to mix modern amenities with nature. The bluff itself is quite a sight and when the creek is running clean it's a very pretty clearish blue-green.
Tons of trails around, but you can also just walk the creek bed for a ton of steps. There used to be an old summer camp here so there are a few old camp building around the property. Very accessible to a half dozen or more parks, natural areas, or National Park Service sites.
As far as we could tell, the wild horses of Shannon County also frequent the area. We found tons of footprints and other "piles" of evidence laying around. We didn't see the horses directly on the grounds, but literally eating in the parking lot of a canoe rental place across the highway.
I believe I also found a couple bear tracks that I included in the pics as well. Kind of amazing.

This place has something for everyone from novice camper to experienced. There is a variety of activities for little ones like the splash pad or play ground as well as nature walks or the creek. I’d avoid the restaurant because it’s pricey for events plus the food was cold and dried out. Not worth the $16 per adult/$10 per child.

This was a natural and beautiful place. With tons of wildlife and even wild horses that regularly visited the property. My heart is broken to see Echo Bluff commercialized like this.

Beautiful lodge with a restaurant in the middle of a state park. Friendly staff. Easy access to river and hikes and they even have wild horses roaming the park.
