I took my son here for spring break. We spent 2 days exploring all around this area. We had a blast. There are many trails to go explore on. The scenery is breathtaking. The water is beautiful. The spring is peaceful. I will be back for another visit. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to explore or hike.

Very beautiful place to visit! You can relax down by the spring or walk many trails. One of the main attractions is seeing the ruins of a castle, or a water tower. The trails are beautiful with nature. There are also places with picnic tables and grills. There is even a place where the kids can swing on swings and go down slides!

Love it! We are lucky to have such a cool park in Central Missouri. You can hike all over, and there are trails for any reasonable level of hiker. Many paths are paved or wooden, so it can be very relaxing if you want it to be, but you can also climb up rocky inclines and do hundreds of stairs if you so choose. The water is clean and clear, and there are all kinds of plants to be seen in addition to the history behind the castle ruins.

This is such a neat place to visit. There are tons of hiking trails. You can hike to the spring. You can walk up around 316 steps to see the water tower and the castle ruins. If you're not a walker or don't want to take the stairs then there is closer parking and it's handicap accessible. There are signs posted with how far trails are and if there is any places to rest. The natural bridge you can walk under or over the top of.

We spent half a day hiking throughout the park. There are so many different trails that were all very well-maintained. The different elevations from the very bottom to the top of the bluffs makes for some amazing views. It was a perfect way to spend a morning followed by a picnic. We will definitely be back to hike the half of the park we didn't get to see!
