The school tour was a huge success at Rock Bridge state park. The tour guides where friendly and very knowledgeable of the park and the animals in the park. The children loved the bats and seeing them in the caves. The trip into the Conners cave section of the Devils icebox was safe and fun also very refreshing on the hot day. I can not thank the guides enough for showing the class around and putting up with all the young children in such a professional and friendly way. I will definitely be taking my family here again.

Great hiking trails! Moderately difficult and even rugged in some areas which is just what we were looking for! Decent elevation changes! Creek bottom trails were nice and easy. Saw many people hiking/walking with their dogs, and some hard core mountain bikers! We hiked the Spring Brook and Deer Run Trails all in one day! We were glad we wore our hiking boots and packed snacks and water. The trails were pretty well marked and there were even some connector trails! Saw a baby snake, gray squirrels, red headed woodpeckers, and other birds. Several little delicate flowers were the first signs of spring we've seen this year! Even saw a big cave while hiking on The Spring Brook trail! We noticed the trails were free of trash/litter which was awesome! Very nice restrooms at the trailhead for the Spring Brook trail! Very enjoyable hiking!

Came here with a friend of my mom's and she's my care taker (hangs out with me every so often during the month). Needed some exercise so I decided to hike here instead of going to see Black Panther at the movies. Its also almost 60 degrees. Had fun! Lots of stairs to climb 😎

Fantastic hiking trails just outside Columbia, MO, featuring the Rock Bridge and the Devil's Icebox. Nothing terribly long or difficult, but well worth the scenery. Check this one out as part of a day trip to Columbia, or as an afternoon if you already live in the area.

Nice beautiful clean. Clear trails though only been once so far. Can't wait to go when it is greener. And it is not a long drive out of town. The park is large with several different trails, clearly marked and how long they are.
