Best Buy

Had a great experience recently purchasing a new phone from the team at Best Buy. They were really helpful in assisting me with choosing the right phone On the right plan. They are offered a very quick and easy transaction process. All in all I was in and out of the shop in less than 20mina with a new iPhone on a great plan. 10/10 would return to Best Buy again after this experience.

Sadly one of the last electronics stores left in the neighborhood. My preference back in the days was either circuit city or the wiz back in the 90s. In terms of service, I find this location to be seriously lacking, and I much prefer the Union Square, 23rd St or Newport Center NJ stores. For best customer care I would recommend going to Staples on the same block

Best Buy Chelsea is my favorite for location and overall experience. Best Buy Union Sq. a bit too crowded and somehow not as good feeling. 86 St least favorable seems not to have the selection and I think it is smaller. Broadway 62 st.up from Columbus Circle Id say is a flagship store good if you can get there.

I just needed rechargeable batteries. Staff helpful. When cashier was with customer who would be a while, she let me know immediately and suggested an alternate cashier. I ended up purchasing the wrong size batteries, but no fault of theirs.
