Horrible.. Please do not buy anything from the store.. We purchased a portable speaker it shut off in the middle of a party. Returned it got another one and it shut off again.. The sales people are very friendly when you're purchasing and nasty when you have to return.. The manager Nasa is no help.. They feel like because of the location of the store, it is okay to not get the best possible customer service. They need to do the right thing. The products they are selling is garbage. It's always better to do the right thing with customers and keep them coming back. This location needs to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.. which I am in the process of doing as well.. I will continue to let every social media site know this store needs to be shut down

They have great deals it's best if you get the insurance for any Electronics you purchase. Staff is very very laid-back. Overall I would go back

I been shopping kiss since 1995 or maybe before that when I .Lived in Harlem I was surprised to see that some of the same workers still work there the service was always great ! and there was no problem bringing my returns back they have low insurance fees also I mow live in Connecticut and will be visting them this Sunday " Love You Kiss " UPTOWN BABY!

Husband likes to shop here. He always find what he came to purchased. Great price. We take all our families and friends shopping also when they come from the islands.
