Best Buy

I visited Best Buy to get a Bluetooth keyboard for an Android tablet. The staff are helpful and ready to serve in any way possible. They were able to find a keyboard that met my needs without much difficulty. Their prices are a bit higher than online sources but nothing beats being able to pick up your purchase same day instead of waiting for a week for it to arrive in the mail. Overall I had a very pleasant experience with this visit.

Very helpful! Went in looking for a smart watch. The gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and helped me make a purchase decision thank you! It helped I had some ideas what I wanted but he definitely helped a ton! Thanks again

I have been really impressed with this Best Buy the past few times I've been here. The prices are very competitive, even against the big low-price powerhouses like Amazon and Costco. I've bought several items here, and they have all been good quality and have held up very well over time. I'll admit, I didn't think Best Buy was going to make it in the long term, but there is definitely room in this economy for a place you can browse, get good advice, and then walk out with the product that you came for. One thing, though; don't come here for ink cartridges. Target has a better selection and is more consistently stocked, weirdly enough.

Bestbuy is a Great store with great produces & excellent staff for purchases, However! Their Return Policy is Another Thing.... I purchased a product they recommended & got home & it didn't work with what I had. I returned the same day to find our they talked me into what they had in stock & would have to special order the Standard item. I went to the return desk to find out they had to get "An Approval" on this Non Opened Item & would be mailing me a Refund from somewhere else. I explained I had Just purchased this item & they said that is standard policy. Well, I'd give the Sales a (4) & Returns (

Great place, always neat, tidy, clean, well lit. The associates all gathered in the middle like a hangout session, talking to each other, so it felt awkward asking where items were, but they were quick to jump up and show me, and gave me some great information and answers to my questions. The check out was confusing as no one was there, and an odd layout next to the doors instead of in front of them like normal, so I stood in customer service. A guy came to help about 5 min in and took me to the checkout line. Very nice friendly staff. :)
